If you do not agree with our terms and conditions set forth below, we recommend you do not use this site.

All products made available on our site come with a limited liability and warranty. Underground Vogue does not assume responsibility for faulty or damaged goods once the 14 day return period has passed. If a manufacturing defect has occurred Underground Vogue will attempt to help you obtain a Return Authorization from the manufacturer, but will not be responsible for the shipping or handling of the product.

As a visitor or user of this site, you agree that Underground Vogue, nor its affiliates, employees or owners will be liable for any damages related to the use of Undergroundvogue.com. To the full extent permissible by law, UndergroundVogue.com disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fit for a particular purpose, and all express warranties except those explicitly made here within.

UndergroundVogue.com currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please note that your card will not be charged until your order ships. If your order is cancelled before it ships, you will not be charged. If your order is not cancelled before it ships, any associated shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the order. This email confirmation is not a contract, and the order may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. UndergroundVogue.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, UndergroundVogue.com shall issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.

UndergroundVogue.com makes protecting your information a top priority. When you order through our site, your name, contact information, billing and shipping address are retained in our system in order to process your order. Your credit card information in encrypted and stored in a secure server with our online merchant partner First American Payment Systems (FAPS), Inc., hosted by FreeState Group, LLC. FAPS and Freestate use the latest SSL encryption technology that securely passes transaction data to the FAPS gateway without the possibility of outside interception.

If unauthorized purchases are made on our site with your credit card, you should contact your credit card company first. Federal law requires credit card companies to reimburse any unauthorized charges above $50.

Orders placed Monday-Thursday by 7 PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day of when the order is placed. Orders placed after 7 PM CST will begin processing the next business day and be shipped within 2 business days of when the order is placed. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. An extra day of processing must be allowed during holidays. An Underground Vogue customer service representative will contact you via email if you have selected and item that is out of stock or if we need additional information to process your order.

We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. At this time we do not offer International Shipping.

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

UndergroundVogue.com ships all orders UPS. If your package is not delivered successfully on the first attempt, UPS will make two more attempts to deliver your package, with exception to weekends and holidays. Please note that a signature is required for delivery. After a third failed attempt, UPS will hold onto the package for 5 days then return the package(s) to UndergroundVogue.com.

If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, we will make three attempts to contact you via email. Once you respond, your package will be shipped back to you which will result in a second shipping charge. If it is still within the 14 day return period you may choose to have your purchase(s) refunded.

If we do not receive a response from you after our third contact attempt; it is our policy to restock the merchandise as we cannot store unclaimed packages indefinitely. PLEASE NOTE: Unclaimed merchandise will not be refunded once restocked.

If you refuse your shipment from UndergroundVogue.com your original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date on the receipt. Return items must not been worn, altered or washed. Returns must have all tags attached, be free of pet hair, soil and smoke. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If the return policy conditions are not met, credit will not be applied.

Please contact customer service at customerservice@undergroundvogue.com to receive your RA#. The RA# must be included on invoice to be accepted as a return. Follow the instructions written on the invoice included in your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Sale and accessory items are final sale and will not be accepted for return, no exceptions.

All regularly priced items are eligible for exchange. To exchange an item you must email customer service at customerservice@undergroundvogue.com to receive your RA#. The RA# must be included on the invoice to be accepted as an exchange. Follow the instructions written on the invoice included in your package. List the item(s) of choice you would like in return for your exchange. We can not hold merchandise and therefore cannot guarantee the item(s) listed on your invoice will be in stock at the time we receive your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Sale and accessory items are final sale and will not be accepted for exchange, no exceptions.

Receiving an RA# does not guarantee that you will receive a refund/exchange if your item(s) do not meet the return/exchange qualifications. Returns/Exchanges received without an RA# will be returned and not accepted for a refund or exchange.

Please ship your returns/exchanges with the shipping company of your choice. Be sure to insure your package and retain the tracking number. Underground Vogue cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages en route to the warehouse.
Underground Vogue inspects each garment carefully for flaws before it is shipped to you, therefore has the right to refuse returns made on the claim of manufacturer defects or flaws. See Terms and Conditions for more details.

A refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business day. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. PLEASE NOTE: Some banking institutions may require additional days to process and post transactions to your account once they have received the information from Underground Vogue..
